Return's Policy

Mr Hardys is happy to have products returned, should they not be what you were expecting. However we do have some rules and exceptions: 

1. Our policy is for 30 days. We would need to receive the product back in its original condition within this period. If 30 days has passed we can not offer you a refund or exchange.


2. The item must be unused, with the seal intact and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


3. For hygiene reasons several of Mr Hardys products are exempt from being returned. Namely: razors, combs, shaving brushes, or any of the oils, balms, waxes or skincare that has been opened, used or damaged. If you are unsure please us contact us.


4. We require a proof of purchase - an invoice, email order confirmation etc. This helps us validate the timeframe and confirm the method of payment. You can email this separately if preferred. 


5. We can not return or exchange for cash or coupon codes. 


6. We ask that customers DO NOT send purchases back to the manufacturer. If the purchase is with Mr Hardys it is for us to resolve any refunds or exchanges.


7. Please note any item that is not in its original condition will be rejected for refund or exchange, and returning of the goods is at the customers cost. 


8. Any item that is returned outside of the 30 days window will be rejected for a refund or exchange.


9. The shipping costs to return the item are the customers to bare. Please return the product to: Ben Mos returns Mr Hardys, Parcel Locker 10075 46288 208 Riversdale Road, Hawthorn, Melbourne VIC 3122. 


10. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If customers receive a refund, the cost of original shipping and any return shipping will be deducted from that refund. If shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.


We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once a customers return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify that we have received the returned item. We will also notify of the approval or rejection & of any refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original credit card or method of payment, within a 2-3 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If customers have been approved for a refund but haven’t received a refund and it has been more than 10 working days, please contact us.


Sale items (if applicable)
Sale Items are unable to be refunded and exchanged. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
